Distillery showcases spirit of Spray

Owner Galen Fischer goes into detail about this Oregon made vodka with Scotta Callister

"Our intent was not just to produce good spirits, but to do something to bolster the local economy of the quiet ranching town nestled on a curve of the John Day River. Like a lot of eastern Oregon towns, Spray, population 160, is long on scenery and recreation and short on employment opportunities."

"The product also benefits from the abundant supply of clean spring and well water available locally. The brand name comes from a natural artesian spring in the high-desert rims nearby."
